Harrisburg Illinois
I'm on some back roads heading towards West Frankfort. Stayed in a motel last night for the 3rd time on my trip. No one can walk across the country without staying in a motel room occasionally and if they say they can, they're lying. Taking 3 days of rain in a row will beat you down with everything soaking wet. You have to be able to do laundry, dry out your tent, take a hot shower. This gets ticks off of you and your laundry, and actually getting damn clean since you're not bathing in a river.

Biggest ive seen
To be honest. I don't even know what it is. I know very little about farming. I know silos can hold anything from corn to wheat to missiles? I don't even know if it's a silo. There were liquid carrying tanks outside that said ammonium anhydrous. So to me that means something to do with gas or oil. 🤔😕

Just had to take off in the rain. Walking American Discovery trail in Evansville Indiana listening to country music singing were from the country and like it that way. Woo.

Turned out to be a beautiful day
Wide open shot with interstate 65 in the background. Great shot to look back 15000 years where the glaciers stopped. How it conformed the landscape.

Looks like it's supposed to clear up here in the next hour. Thats fine, I don't like starting before 930 anyway. It's just barely raining now. You start too early and you get burnt out too early.
